To facilitate our goals, we have developed the following financial
options:
A 5%
accounting adjustment is allowed when fees in excess of $200 are
paid in full by cash or check on the day treatment is presented or
in advance of scheduled appointment.
Major
credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Norwest
are all accepted in our office. Extended payment plans for as
little as $50 a month for up to two years are available based on
applicant's credit approval.We are pleased to offer Capital One Healthcare Finance to our patients. Capital One Healthcare Finance is a convenient, no initial payment, low monthly payment plan for dental treatments of $1,000 to $25,000.
