Financial Policy 
Our goal is to maximize your insurance benefits and make any remaining balance easily affordable. If you have any questions regarding your insurance benefits, please don't hesitate to call our office at (888) 483-0573 to review your concerns. Our fees are based on the quality of the materials we use and our experience in performing your needed treatment. To facilitate our goals, we have developed the following financial options: A 5% accounting adjustment is allowed when fees in excess of $400 are paid in full by cash, check or credit card on the day treatment is presented or in advance of scheduled appointment. Quality Dental Plan is a dental savings plan available for patients with no dental insurance or those who have exceeded their yearly maximum payment. Major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are all accepted in our office. Dentures The right fit denture custom made especially for you. How Old Is Your Toothbrush? Replace your toothbrush every 3 or 4 months, or sooner if the bristles are frayed. A worn toothbrush won't do a good job of cleaning your teeth. A Healthy Diet Makes a Healthy Smile! For healthy teeth and gums, eat a balanced diet and limit between-meal snacks. Go easy on sugary treats! |
